  • Normative Instruction RFB number 1950/2020: filling extension of ECD (Digital Accounting Bookkeeping) to July 31, 2020.
  • Postponement, until May 3, 2021, of the effectiveness of provisions foreseen on the General Law on Protection of Personal Data – LGPD.
  • Provisional Measure number 960/2020: Extends the deadlines for suspension of tax payments provided for in the concessionary acts of the Special Drawback Regime, which have been extended by one year by the tax authority and will expire in 2020.
  • Provisional Measure number 952/2020: Provides for the extension of the deadline for payment of taxes levied on the provision of telecommunications services.
  • Decree number 10.318/2020: Temporarily reduces the rates of the PIS/COFINS social contributions, levied on the products mentioned therein.
  • Normative Instruction 1930 extended the filing deadline of the 2019 Brazilian Income Tax Return for individuals to June 30, 2020.
  • Central Bank Circular Letter 3995 extended the filing deadline of the Annual 2019 Central Bank report of foreign-held assets to June 1, 2020. The quarterly Central Bank Report was extended as well to July 15, 2020.
